Too Good To Leave Out

These planning/transportation resources do not fit into the other categories, but they are too good to leave out.

  • Planetizen: Links to the latest news about urban planning. If you are interested in urban planning, start the day by going to this site.
  • EnviroLink: The largest environmental information resource on the Internet, providing the most comprehensive, up-to-date environmental information, resources, and news available.
  • Public Citizen's Critical Mass Energy Project: Lobbying and publishing reports on energy policy. This site has interesting information, but it focuses on technical improvements in safety and energy efficiency. Its major transportation campaign is for fuel efficient cars.

Technical Resources for Planners

  • Planning Resources on the Internet: Provided by the Environmental Design Library of the University of California, Berkeley, this site brings together selected Internet sites of interest planners, with a special focus on California.
